We were only here for a short time before having to move house but we would have loved to stay longer if we could have. It is clean, well kept and has a relaxed yet vibrant feel to it. The staff are friendly and seem to genuinely care about the place, and the gym manager is excellent and is always willing to help if needed. Highly recommended.
Your Gym is a fabulous place to train. You can expect fantastic, well qualified and friendly staff. You can expect a wide range of machines, free weights and specialist weightlifting equipment. You can expect a covid secure environment. You can expect a spin studio, classes and yoga too. There's a sauna, a run club, personal trainers, life coach and a refuel bar for shakes, smoothies and coffee. Most of all, there's the YG family of staff and members cheering you on, supporting you to be fitter and stronger each day.
Great facilities from the changing room areas to the variety of classes and range of equipment. Coming in as a newbie all the instructors were so warm and friendly and made me so comfortable. They have customers at the centre and really listen when it comes to class timetables, outdoor classes and competitions/challenges. Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else!
High quality and large variation of equipment, friendly & professional staff, good selection of group classes. The highest level of hygiene. Recommended.
