To be honest I have no idea why this practise have such a bad review! I've been going there with my while family for 5 years now and never had any problems, always got appointment in same day when I rung in morning and ladies over the phone was always really nice and helpful.

Rang for a family member. Found the receptionist extremely rude. Which I politely told her that her prejudgemental behaviour is unhelpful. Which didn't go down well with her at all. She being on a deluded power trip hung up the phone. Don't waste your time and health with this practice.

Honestly the worst practice I have ever seen, the receptionists are rude, the surgery doesn't communicate with you at all, and the doctors don't seem interested at all. I signed up as a temporary patient for while I was at home from uni and 3 months later when I called to make an appointment was told I was not on the system! I was never told that I would be kicked out after so long. I was then told I'd have to register as a permanent patient which could take about a week! They also messed about with my prescription, told me it had been sent to the pharmacy, get to the pharmacy and to absolutely no ones surprise it wasn't there, rang reception to be told the doctor had cancelled it and they needed to have an appointment with me to prescribe it again, the next day I have a doctors appointment and the doctor tells me it's already been put through!!! Also just this morning I waited 10 minutes to be greeted by a rude receptionist who seemed reluctant to make me an appointment as apparently I was advised to contact my own GP! Surely as a temp patient they'd be my Gp? How am I expected to get to Cardiff and back for a 10 minute appointment? Save your time and energy and just try some medieval treatments like leeches, atleast they're more consistent.

This practice is the worst in Lancashire, i would not even give this practice a 1 star, From reception to doctors and management staff, the job lot are absolutely disgusting.

Only gave 1 star as i cant give zero. Tried to make an appointment for my 4 month old and was hung up on by Katie.. Very awful induviduals and as a herd.. Cows...
