Great service, very helpful staff.
Really nice store, Staff are always so very friendly and helpful. Gareth is my Optician, he is always very thorough, patient and a nice person. Manager Anthony very nice, very helpful. Good selection of glasses and contact lenses. All in all a brilliant, friendly place.
Now opened at sainsburys at COLNE an improvement on service and talking to customer in a correct manner
Excellent customer service and excellent opticians with accurate testing with great advice.

My friend went here for glasses and they put the lenses in the wrong way round leading to double vision and headaches etc. He went to specialists in didsbury Manchester who told him that specsavers put the lenses in the wrong way around. Don't use these cowboys!
