I love coming to Vanessa’s classes! Not only is she super lovely, making you feel really welcome, but she’s an amazing teacher too. All the people who attend are really friendly as well, everyone smiles and has a laugh. It really feels like a place for everyone, where all skill levels, orientations, genders and body shapes are welcome. She’s done a brilliant job of making the studio really stylish and zen too. Also check out her little shop selling yoga clothing, mats and accessories 🕉🧘♀️💓
I have been practicing yoga for a number of years and Vanessa’s classes are some of my favourite! Vanessa offers a number of different styles of yoga and the classes are suitable for all levels. I love that there is no expectation to try get into fancy shapes or difficult binds. Vanessa is a great teacher, making you feel welcomed and relaxed.
The yoga studio is so relaxing and calming - a lovely sanctuary. Excellent competitive prices too - I highly recommend these classes.
I love Vanessa’s classes! So grateful to have found her by chance at my last gym. It’s been an absolute pleasure to follow her to her new gorgeous studio in Clitheroe and support her beautiful brand. Her Let’s Flow class is now the highlight of my week! I love the space she has created, the atmosphere in class, the friendly community and most of all, her fun, relaxed and uplifting personality. As a beginner I find her approach so supportive and welcoming, she is just the perfect teacher and anyone thinking of trying yoga should just come along! Vanessa really cares and it shines out. Vanessa focuses as much on mental health as physical health, gives opportunities for calm and relaxation, but there's fun and laughter too.
Her studio is stunning, full of love and encouragement. Vanessa reminds us to focus on ourselves, be mindful of the different lives we all live and the variety we have in our bodies capabilities. I've only ever felt kindness and support in Vanessas classes, never worried about competition or comparison. People applaud each others progress and we chuckle together when we stumble. Literally!
Vanessa agreed for my daughter to join me in classes. It has taken years to find a class we can do together. Yoga has given us something healthy to share (otherwise it's cake and chocolates!) and brought us closer.
Vanessa, you're a cracker! You're one of those people who make the world a better place to live in!
As complete beginner with absolutely no experience I started beginners classes, which I recommend to any novice.
Even with my poor ability I was made to feel welcome and part of the class, Vanessa always explains the movements for all abilities.
I really enjoy the classes and slowly getting better at yoga.
The new space Vanessa has created it wonderful, large and spacious. During Covid I have felt completely safe in my practice and enjoyed going to the studio.
Well done Vanessa, you should be proud of yourself! I hope to be back soon.
