Had a bike fitting with Nick Dinsdale today. I've had a bike fitting before on a different bike so am aware of the benefits but just wanted to say that this was a fantastic experience and I could easily tell the difference after a test ride. Nick clearly knows his craft and made just about every possible adjustment to get me into the precise riding position (including wobbling around my inflexible 15 stone frame!) so i am very much looking forward to my first big ride out on my machine. All the guys though at NJD were very welcoming and have a great set-up there for all manner of sports therapy and personal training so I have no doubt that Nick's level of service will be supported across the wider team
I thoroughly enjoyed my bike fit with Nicholas Dinsdale. His in-depth knowledge, precision and attention to detail were impressive. I felt welcomed and well cared for by the helpful, friendly staff. I now understand the importance of having a bike fit and would recommend Nicholas highly.
Brilliant service. Very professional and informative too. Its nice to understand what has happened and how the treatments will work. Would definitely recommend them for anyone with any injury, not just sports related ones either!
