Very relaxing experience very polite staff in store under no pressure to purchase items generally just walked around store asked if I needed any help . Once I found what I was looking for ask assistant more about the product assistant went through all the fabric s and safety of the fabric of the sofas then we went through the finance available on sofas made easy by the assistant as he explained it very carefully to me so I’m very happy with my items purchased and the reassurance of the staff gave me
