It would have been a ten/5 star review if the date hadn't changed a few times. This was obviously down to the current climate but it was delayed by two weeks. The communication was very good, we received a call in advance to confirm timings. The delivery team were helpful. The wardrobe is good quality and well made. I would say that unless you're used to putting together flat pack you may struggle a little with the instructions, we knew this in advance having looked at past reviews. The finished product looks lovely and was excellent value for money.

The description of the product was accurate on the website. Any problems I encountered with ordering the product (due to technical issues) were resolved quickly and in a friendly manner by customer service. The delivery was on time and I was well-informed via text and phone call beforehand. The product itself is of fantastic quality; it was easy to assemble with very clear instructions, it looks good, is sturdy and very comfortable too. 10/10

Ordered a wardrobe in March it took so long to come I had to source a wardrobe from elsewhere and asked to amend the size of the wardrobe I had ordered for another room in the house. This then wasn't amended and the wrong wardrobe was delivered a week later. I complained and was finally delivered the amended wardrobe in August however when it came one of the sliding doors was cracked the whole length therefore couldn't be put up. This wardrobe was for my baby daughter's room. So now I had a wardrobe missing a door and a dangerous broken door/mirror in the house. I complained multiple times and finally got the door replaced and the old one removed in November 2020. I was left for 3 months without a wardrobe door and a dangerous door in my house with a young baby. Barely an apology no attempt at any compensation for all of the time off work and time left chasing it up. Absolutely appalling it should not have taken me 8 months from point of order to get a wardrobe absolutely disgraceful customer service. Quick to take my money but not quick to sort anything else out

Delivery driver contacted us approximately 45 mins prior to arrival. He was very considerate in transiting through the house, removing his shoes to carry items across the carpet. Also wanted to ensure the packages were left in a safe position so that our little boy couldn't hurt himself on them.

Waited two months for my mattress. When it arrived, it was the wrong type of mattress and size. Had to ring customer services 3 times. Customer services were GREAT but then had to wait a week or so for it to be collected and actual mattress to be delivered. Also, first customer service agent said they'd issue a courtesy voucher for the trouble. Third agent said I'd have to call again once my mattress had been delivered to possibly receive it. Now my mattress has been delivered, it feels too hard. Looked at the 40 night "guarantee" to find out you have to pay 10% and collection! I am disabled and have to pay on credit so I won't be able to afford that. So whether the mattress softens enough to be bearable or not is irrelevant as I am stuck with it. Credit agreement was triggered even though I had not received my mattress. Luckily the creditors were very understanding and gave me longer to make sure I received the right mattress. And have a very small window in which to return it. Not much of a guarantee and this should be stated clearer. Won't use Bensons again and only reason I'd recommend is because of the credit option and the customer service team who were very good. The whole experience gave me so much grief. What was a luxury for me and should have been a good experience ended up being nothing but stress and anxiety.
