Been going to infinity fitness for over a year now. Ange is absolutely fantastic, the Saturday classes are a circuit training session everyone is friendly and its always a laugh! I also go on sundays for a pt session with my son, he wouldn’t ever have stepped foot in a gym environment! Ange has worked so hard with him to give him the encouragement he needed and found that the weight lifting side of the gym appeals more to him.... this week he lifted 100lbs 😂, there are no more weights on the stack👍🏻 Her motivation is fantastic, she’s always available with nutrition or fitness advice and can always point you in the right direction!! if your looking for a pt or class I would definitely recommend!!
Hi, we have been going to Ange for a few weeks now. Originally we were looking at the circuit training but after a chat we went for PT. Ange pushes us hard enough but does not over do things. As an older couple this is working well for us and we are pleased with the improvement made so far.
Absolute love ange classes and the people that go, Its such a welcoming gym and she always makes the circuits different every week.
Ange is an excellent PT. Very knowledgeable and puts you completely at ease. On top of that, the sessions are carried out in a private gym
Great PT. Pushes you to your goals! Would recommend to anyone.
