My partner came back disheartened today after having an eye test. She was spoken down to, the lady had an attitude and this was the first time she’s used specsavers as always used boots! The lady was rushed like she had better things to be doing, and then after wanting to use another machine she was told it was waiting for parts and wasn’t working! Other little issues too! She will NOT be returning to ebbw vale, and has been out of specsavers altogether. She’s come back home and is now ringing boots to use then again. It means she has to travel 40 mins instead of walking into ebbw vale but after todays performance and lack of personal care, specsavers ebbw vale is a no no!
