My second visit to have earwax removed and I will never go anywhere else! All members of staff are extremely professional, friendly and welcoming! There’s just a general sense of care towards you as soon as you walk in. Due to the current circumstances (COVID-19) I tend to get anxious but at Audiology Associates I felt the safest I’ve felt outside of my own house! The procedure itself was fast and painless. Thank you both! I'll definitely recommend you to all I know who suffer ear problems :D

From the first telephone call I knew this company cared, receptionist couldn't do enough for me, also was very caring of my problem having had a blocked ear for a month but due lockdown I couldn't get it sorted out. The procedure was very professional from start to finish, I can hear clearly in both ears and my tinnitus is back to being just there from being amplified and very annoying. Thank you all at Audiology Associates I'll definitely recommend you to all I know who suffer ear problems.
I had both ears cleared today using microsuction. I was amazed at how much wax was in them!
My hearing has improved so much, I can now hear sounds clearly and no longer strain to keep up with conversations.
