Robbers! Try stealing from my account without my authorisation. Was never informed about them taking over DW neither I made any agreement with everlast and according to their customer service they will NEVERLAST. emailed multiple times but no response. Stay away from this scammers. Called my bank straightaway and got my money back.
Nice and clean good equipment all you need for a good workout
I never leave reviews but I have to this time.please avoid this gym.I’ve just realised they have debited a payment out of my bank account without my knowledge.i was a dw gym member and cancelled my membership in jan 2020 and gave them 1 month notice.we in nov 2020!im sure this is fraud.when i spoke to the staff there she was so rude and abrupt.
Have always been quite happy with this gym but since the take over it's still OK but some improvements still need to be made. I booked & received confirmation for HIIT & Bodybalance this morning only to arrive to find they'd been cancelled, annoying to say the least & not the first time. Whilst apologies were made that I'd not received a phone call, surely with reduced class numbers it can't be that difficult to check everyone on the list has been contacted??? I only use the gym for classes so if this happens I feel I'm not getting value for money. Interestingly, Bodybalance was still on the timetable when I got home so please be aware if booking last minute...the class may not exist! Timetable needs improving so you can see an entire week (as you did before) instead of just one day at a time.
After lockdown, reopened the gym and didn't inform it's members, even though they claim they sent an email - one that no one received!! Then took out £53 of my account without informing me of an increase in price! No response to any of my emails - appalling customer service! AVOID
