Pathetic clinic always speaks about dodgy. For everything like appointments referrals and over charged the prescriptions, they hired newly doctors which they dont nothing about what they want to make decision always said we will speak to seniors. Always ask about to speak with senior doc. Newly doctors they cant even diagnose whats the symptoms are my relative always picked up symptoms theor doctors cannot Absolutely hopeless

After several years of being with this practice, and after several issues with them - eg. wrong referrals, constant changes to ordering prescriptions and booking appointments, and clerical staff who don't listen and constantly say that the patients shouldn't talk to them in what they perceive to be a impolite way - I've never been impolite - and issuing the wrong medication to me, I've had enough and will be changing my doctors from September. Some of the clerical staff are good, the senior doctors are fine, when you can get an appointment with them but really, their patient liason and relations need to be improved drastically. i cannot rate them.

I've tried to ask for an appointment by phone after I had a problem with my tonsils over 4 weeks. I wanted to see a doctor now not nurses according to my condition. They been honest to say they need to follow the prucedures: it means nurse can be again and can be no decent appointment for me. But They've done them Best! Finally I've got a decent appointment to one of the doctor! Thank you so much again!

The surgery has responded positively and according to the requirements needed. They have a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. However at rush hours, there has not been enough seating and the waiting room is quite small supplying no drinks and refreshments!

Run by a bunch of incompetent half wits. Going here could seriously damage your health. IF you did your jobs properly in the first place, maybe you wouldn't get so many bad reviews and in closing it has taken you nearly 2 months to read it, i rest my case.just messed up yet again and tried to put the blame on me, outstanding incompetence, it would be easier to train up a bunch of chimpanzees, at least they would get it right.now they have the temerity to send me a warning letter from the head quack for being abusive and warning of possible police action. Well bring it on you village idiot and i will spread you and your incompetent staff all over the local and national press, call yourselves doctors, i wouldn't let you treat an animal, let alone a human being. Get your facts right before you send erroneous letters like that and if you had bothered to enquire about my side of events, you wouldn't look like the pleb you are.oh and before you put pen to paper, i have signed on with another doctor, so good riddance to bad rubbish.
