Simon and his Team at Preston Hearing Care Centre are just outstanding. From the moment I walked in through the door, I knew that I was in the right place. Everyone was very courteous and attentive. My mother was in complete denial that she needed hearing aids; she did not recognise all that she was missing by not hearing well. She also did not want new hearing aids as she believed she didn't need them or they wouldn't help. Simon tested her and from the test results he could visually see how profound her loss was. His patience with my mother was a heartwarming thing to see. Simon took all the necessary time to interact with her in a very respectful way. From the financial aspect, his money back guarantee convinced her to give the new aids a test trial. Now that she has had her aids for nearly a month and wears them all the time and she absolutely does not want to give them back. Her social interactions have greatly increased too and she's more fun to be with because she can take part in conversations again. I would highly recommend Simon for his professionalism and warm manner.

My wife has hearing issues and Simon always goes the extra mile to sorting out any issues. And will arrange for an appointment very quickly. Staff are very friendly and always offer you refreshments. First class service that's why we make the 36 mile round trip.

Absolutely excellent service, it’s amazing to finally be able to hear properly out of my left ear again after a wax blockage! Was made to feel very safe and comfortable by the lovely audiologist, who took the time to explain the procedure to me and check I was ok during the proceedings. Would highly recommend.

Our appointments with Simon at Preston Hearing Care Centre have been life changing for us. He’s transformed family life in our household after discovering both my husband and our eldest needed hearing aids … the words “eh”, “what”, “I didn’t hear you”, “can you say that again” are almost not muttered any more, what a relief for me and our youngest, not to mention not having the tv rattling our ears! Simon was friendly, helpful, informative and supportive during both processes. The news my husband badly needed hearing aids last year was shock enough but, finding out our 15 year old needed them this year was particularly hard. However, with Simon’s help and support they both wear them all the time and admit, (which is amazing in itself), that they really have made life better for them. If you have any doubts about your hearing get it checked, the right hearing aids really can improve your quality of life, not to mention reducing the stress levels of those around you!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Simon to anyone.
