I had a very good time here with lots of options. And never rushed to make decision.
But I am hoping my order will be what I paid for.
Brilliant. Very impressed. Lots of choice, loads of information on each sofa settings, knowledgeable staff (not on sales commission) & right up to date styles. Felt very comfortable in there & website is mature
Having been expertly 'sold' warranties and sofashield products for my new suite - less than a year later the products are sagging. Now told ex-demonstrator suites don't have warranties ... gave me back the monies for the warranties purchased, and told me 'this would have been explained at the time of purchase'! Really? why would I have bought the warranties? No effort to resolve - poor products and exceptionally poor service.. read other reviews online to stop this happening to you.
We found the salesman very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him including moving sofa around so we could compare them together. We recommend the Preston store
