We have shopped at the store before and had excellent service and advice, and due to this and the quality of our furniture, we have shopped there again recently. The store is a pleasurable experience and very relaxed. Lots of samples and designs to see, nothing like seeing and feeling, as opposed to internet shopping for such items. No high pressure sales people here! Gabriella and Daniele are very helpful, and seem to genuinely want to support you and to help you to make the right choices. Daniele even came out to our home to check on sizes at our last purchase. This was so helpful, as we would have probably misjudged things. During our recent purchase of some stunning sofas and chairs, we were given so much useful information, they are so knowledgeable about the product. The experience from initially visiting the store, through to having the furniture delivered and unpacked was faultless ,despite the problems with Covid 19, we were kept informed via regular e mails. We are delighted with our lovely furniture. We would not hesitate to shop at Natuzzi Preston again for many reasons. We would highly recommend the store and the service. Today we received our Natuzzi Editions 2 and 3 seater sofa, 2 swivel chairs and rug from Daniel at Natuzzi Editions in Preston. To my pleasant surprise it arrived 4 weeks early and the whole process and the service we received from Daniel and his team has been outstanding from start to finish. After the initial order we had second thoughts about the colour and Daniel and his team were so patient in helping us make the right decision. Delivery was very efficient and the lads who delivered the furniture were very professional and built the furniture for us so we did not have to do anything. The furniture is not only beautiful but the quality is outstanding and offers very good value for money and I would have no hesitation in recommending Daniel and his team at Natuzzi if you are looking for quality furniture.

Lovely sofa and it arrived earlier than the anticipated due date, which was a plus. Service in store and via all correspondence was very polite and professional. Only minor issue - when the sofa was delivered we were left to dispose of the packaging ourselves. Otherwise - all good.
