From the help we received in purchasing our sliding wardrobes and bedside units, the delivery by 2 lovely chaps (both were extremely careful in handling the gear as I have just done the interior decor) to the final install. The service and customer care has been faultless. The finished job looks amazing and Primero have another very satisfied customer : ).
I have just had 3.25 metre sliding wardrobes made and fitted with a matching bedside table and what a beautiful job they have made. The showroom helped me to decide materials, colour and design and kept me updated about delivery dates. I am going back for my bespoke master bedroom furniture for sure.
Cant really rate as i never bought anything , they didnt have what i wanted but to be honest the guy looked like he couldnt be bothered .
Terrible, stay away from these guys otherwise you will regret it afterwards.Few Misaligned cupboards, Weeks off the estimated time, once deposit is taken they got the upper hand so you wont be able to do anything about it but wait.
