Usual good facilities and staff. I noticed two members using a number of equipment but not cleaning the equipment after use which I reported to the staff. I offered to speak to them directly but hoped they would speak to them. Please would you enforce members to clean equipment before and after use.

I do like this gym in all honesty but I wouldn't bother going after 5pm, it is absolutely rammed. All the weight benches, resistance machines and the cardio equipment are getting used, you're walking around in circles trying to find something. The limit is 120 odd and you can't get on anything when there's 80 or so in there anyways, might as well cancel the limit as there is no point. If you go before 4ish you'll enjoy yourself. One thing that really bugs me as well is all of the male staff are always talking to the nicest looking girls in the building. It's quite creepy, I get you want the staff to engage with customers but I never see male staff talking to middle aged blokes, always 20odd year old good looking females, creepy as...

Brilliant gym friendly staff and a very clean gym. Well worth the membership fee.

The gym is marketed as a budget gym but there are 3 other gyms in the area which are either cheaper or the same price. It does have the advantage of enough parking spaces though whereas the other three don't always. I have also recently noticed that there are not enough machines for the amount of people in the gym. This is before rush hour - between 3 and 4. Social distancing is currently on display but gymming is no longer enjoyable because the gym is too small for the amount of gym goers there. I would not recommend you to join if you are planning on going between 3 and 6 in the afternoon/evening. A bigger space is required.

Emailed them 3 times regarding my membership issues. Not a single reply back. They were quick to reply when they wanted me to join them.
