This is a state of the art sports centre centre with advanced gym equipment, studios, indoor basketball fields and professional trainers.
I love working out here. It's the best I have been so far in Preston.
A wonderful venue for a Graduation Ceremony.
I visited, in July 2019 and, was really impressed by the Venue, the attention to detail, the graphic design, the staging of the event; including great ushers, excellent filming ( used during the Ceremony so that everyone in the audience could see) the free bottles of water 💦 given to the audience ( on a hot day in July) the delightful Buffet including very thoughtful VEGAN food.
Graduating Students were made to feel VERY special. Congratulations to everyone who helped to make a Degree Ceremony such a memorable, personal and special event.

A well designed Fitness centre with maximum types of fitness and weightlifting equipment alongwith sports centre on different floors
A large sports centre with plenty of facilities and clubs available to join, the gym is a very comfortable place to work out and there is always supportive staff on hand, but there is no swimming pool which is a shame, all in all its a very nice facility and i would highly recommend checking it out
