I am a size thirteen shoe size. I ordered a pair of size thirteen from the welly warehouse. However when they arrived I could not get my foot in to them because the leg was too tight! so i contacted the seller to ask if they would supply a returns label so that they could replace the wellington with one that would actually fit. The answer that I got back from "Rosie" in the customer service department was, basically "tough luck" . We supplied what you ordered. I would have put zero star rating had the app allowed me to.
