Great Ava food. I got the usual up selling at till. Then yet again staff trying to force their loyalty card on me. The offers are rubbish hence me not bothering. They're still sending letters out for my dog who died over a year ago. My pup doesn't need Xmas presents either.
The store has a good variety of choice but I found the staff pretty unhelpful. They just pointed in the general direction of the item I needed, even though the store was empty and then when i asked them for further assistance they dud not seem very interested. Disappointed
It's a pets at home. The staff always seem to be nice and friendly. Parking is great. Stocked with a lot of things..
Its a decent shop they have everything I needed, staff seem nice however could do with serving people instead of standing around talking. One till open and 6 person long queue, while you stand and discuss who left some mess on the floor doesnt really need 3 of you to do that.
Nipped in for bird food & a fish. Staff are always friendly. The tanks are always immaculate. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
