I absolutely love this doctors and how helpful and proactive they are. I moved house and kept with them because I trust them completely. I love Sue the nurse and a special mention to Dr Sheikh and Dr Hinchclife.... Both extremely thorough and helpful.
Went to visit today for a check-up with Mrs Deborah Wilkinson, a very pleasant lady, answered any questions I had swiftly and professionally.
Obviously a GP isn't place where I have a desire to visit, but feel comfortable knowing they are here when I need help.

Rang with severe tonsillitis can't eat speak or swallow only to be told I can have a phone call appointment the next day!! Great😒
Only thing I find a negative is calling for prescription/appointment and being on hold for a while/no appointments available. Which is why I haven't put 5 stars.
But I think overall the doctors and nurses do what they can to help you.
Rung Friday 12/03/20 lunchtime for an appointment for Monday evening. Booked it ok with receptionist. Gets there tonight to be told that no appointment has been booked. Piss takers
