Shocking service, I understand that it’s not always their fault but they have been persistently rude to me every time I ring up or go in to make an appointment. I have been at this doctors for years and now it’s virtually impossible to get an appointment. If you need a doctors appointment that day you have to ring up at 8 when the phone lines open and even then you will be waiting 30 minutes on the phone just to be told that you can’t have an appointment because they are fully booked.

My partner has been calling all morning to order his prescription.....no one picked up the phone...no answering machine...NOTHING. Over 2 hours...😡
