Booked an appointment for a PCR Covid test as a Fot to Fly measure at Crawshawbooth clinic (directions were sent by clinic) only for the clinic to be closed when we got there (at 9.30am)! We rang several numbers provided on the window & website for all to be going to answerphone where we left several messages to ring us back asap. 40 mins later we got a phone call back to say there'd been a mix up. Fortunately we hadn't paid up front & another clinic was able to accommodate us at last min. Lots of mileage & angst later. Extremely bad service for a time sensitive matter !!(test to be taken & results returned within 72hrs of flying). Wouldn't recommend here for this service!
