Great little old fashioned picture house at the top of town. Me and my family have been going for years. Its nice to see the place has been kept running with a little needed refurbishment.
Its an excellent little cinema with tickets and refreshments that are more than reasonably priced.
Worth a visit if you haven't been before and worth a revisit if you have.
Wonderful place to go. We went to a toddler showing for a kids film and it was relaxed and enjoyable. The kids could play if they didn't want to sit still and the older ones could still enjoy the film. Recommended.

Yes, it's core activity is as a cinema, but there's lots going on that no previous management has ever tried.

Nostalgic local icon. Very quirky which adds to the experience. You'll have no doubt already heard that the national anthem is played before each film and guests are welcomed to stand in honour. Good selection of refreshments and Walling's ice cream and brews in proper cups.
The seating and technology isn't as good as Vue but it's is cheaper and you're supporting a local business.
Lovely ambience and olde worldly feel. Only cinema I know where you can drink beer in the auditorium in a proper glass. Seats very comfortable in red velvet just like the old days. Love it!
