By far the worst customer experience We've ever had. Very unpleasant experience.
Absolutely no customer care beyond what is absolutely necessary.
Extremely arrogant attitude by all staff we had contact with, and equally terrible organisation with multiple foul ups, problems every single day from quoting to final payment.
Was made to feel like they were doing us a favour after we paid thousands for the service. Avoid at all costs! Dont make the same mistake we did.
Very good range of kitchens and home fittings all made down the road at their huge mother factory. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent show rooms
Top quality products &service. Rossendale interior did us a superb fitted bedroom. Very highly recommended.
