I wish I could leave a zero star review but sadly I have to give 1 star. This branch is not worth even one star. They use sharp practice and have zero customer care skills. When you complain, the manager Phil laughs at you. You are called a liar. Be very careful when dealing with this depot - they will find a way to rip you off. You'd find more professional credibility, in a back street used car showroom. If you are looking to buy a kitchen, go to B&Q - where you will be treated with respect, great customer service and professionalism. You will also find the prices are cheaper at B&Q

As an account holder very happy with the service here. Bought numerous kitchens including my own which is currently being fitted. Always helpful sourcing any additional items not held in stock and delivering promptly. Great showroom with lots of ideas for designs, helpful designers that support customers to deliver their dream kitchens. The design team are fab!

Complete and utter frauds. I would stay well clear and go to any kitchen shop that is not Howdens. Had no end of problems with them. I am currently doing a section 75 claim against them, i am going through trading standards (Consumer arbitration) and have a GDPR query against them. Honestly worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They have an accounts member called Rebecca who is staggeringly rude as well. I urge everyone to stay away.
