I started training with Ash doing 1-1 sessions and achieved massive results in a short space of time. Iv not only lost weight, gained muscle and improved my fitness, I have also gained the mental and emotional benefits.
I have remained training with Fuse Fit for over 3 years and have started the group PT sessions. The sessions are varied and fun, all members are welcoming and there is a great inclusive feel. It doesn’t just feel like a gym, the support and encouragement from everyone is amazing and great friendships have been built.

I’ve never enjoyed the gym experience but at Fuse I’m eager to get to a session to work hard and learn and look forward to seeing the other members in the different classes available.

There’s no cliques or groups as everyone is really friendly no matter what level ‘ you think ‘ your at.

Brilliant atmosphere with absolutly no pretentiousness what so ever.
You really do get the benefits of having your own personal trainer but in a group environment. 100% recommended
Fantastic Gym and coach.!! Wonderful equipment combined by a knowledgeable coach. Its a really welcoming atmosphere with so much support.
