The staff and the owner are super friendly, always nice to have a chat with them. Always very welcoming!
The owner of this gym is thoroughly unprofessional, and has no clue how to treat his customers. He subjectively chooses who he wants in there and who he doesn't, and will find ways of getting you out if he doesn't like you. I was accused of breaking a mirror (which genuinely shocked me, as I wasn't aware I had done it, and to be honest, am still not convinced), and instead of having the human decency to ask me about it, he cancelled my membership and told me to get out without giving me the chance to offer any explanation - and I am supposedly a loyal customer, given that I've trained there on and off for over 8 years! I even offered to pay for it, providing he showed me proof, which of course, he could not!
I've trained at a lot of gyms over the years, but never have I been made to feel like I'm walking on egg shells! I personally think you will not have an enjoyable experience training here, unless you enjoy training under supervision, and being watched like a hawk! He even admitted watching me from upstairs (weird).
I am now stuck between a rock and a hard place, considering there aren't many gyms in the valley (thanks Gav), however, I would much prefer to smash sets of Heinz beans than stepping in that gym again!!!!
