I spoke with Emily over the telephone today about my new born baby girl and I was so impressed with Emily's customer service skills, her down to earth manner, her clear communication and her empathy - Emily really wants to help; you can feel it in her interaction. We have a baby that has Colic symptoms and Emily came highly recommended by the Osteopath she previously worked for (this is always a good sign - who recommends their ex staff unless they're worth their weight in gold right?). Emily asked some questions to understand what issues we are having and offered a telephone consultation on video to understand the case better. My Wife had already booked an appointment with another Osteopath so we couldn't actually use Emily's service on THIS occasion however I feel Emily has gained another customer due to our conversation on the telephone today. I would highly recommend her based upon her knowledge and eagerness - and I am sure the service itself is JUST as good. Keep up the fantastic work Emily!

Emily is really great at taking the time to listen and understand your symptoms to make sure that the treatment she gives is right for you. She explains very clearly what the treatment plan will be and has been really effective in helping to manage and alleviate back pain. I can recommend her very highly.

I booked an appointment with Kibworth Osteopaths due to a pain in my upper left back (around the shoulder blade area). Thanks to Emily's excellent advice and exercises, my back pain is virtually non-existent now! I will however make sure to keep up with the exercises provided, so that it stays that way. 10/10 would recommend Emily to family and friends as she is not only highly professional but extremely friendly and caring.

Emily offers appointments around your family, and has virtually video called me during Covid-19 to support rehab of my knee. (That I injured trying to do couch to 5k!) She is encouraging, knowledgable and very efficient. I would recommend her to my family and friends or anyone seeking help to get rid of pain/injury.

I could not be happier with the technique, knowledge and all round professionalism of Emily and her practice in Kibworth. I needed to visit Emily's practice due to a shoulder/ back injury that I had endured over many years, to which I was astounded at the level of detail Emily went through; using skeletal models and images to demonstrate her prognosis. Unfortunately I needed treatment during the COVID pandemic, however Emily has gone out of her way to set up a very secure, safe and comfortable practice where PPE and the controls are most definitely in place and upheld to a very high standard. Upon diagnosis Emily delivered an initial set of treatments, which had an immediate impact to the injury. Her continued treatment and allocated homework has left me in a position where I am now able to sleep comfortably without shoulder pain, and I have complete trust and confidence in Emily's advice, guidance and knowledge in the subject matter of Osteotherapy. As an initial old fashioned sceptic, it is clear to see that Emily is a credit to herself and to the seemingly tight knit community of osteopaths that she is part of. She is very honest and open and I have felt in very good hands whilst in her care, which in the event of an injury, clear and concise diagnostics are most welcomed! I hope that the hard work and keen ambition to help the injured with her knowledge and application of osteotherapy; that she clearly demonstrates day by day is fully reflective of her business in the years to come! I ave every confidence that her practice will grow in popularity no end and with no doubt I fully recommend Emily as a well established, professional and caring Osteopath who has more than proved her worth in this industry!
