It's an Aldi... What more can I say!

Dear whom it may concern My wife and I did our weekly food shop this morning at the above store. Understandably there are social distancing measures in place and clear stickers on the floor to help with this. We queued for the tills on the checkout furthest away from the entrance/exit where a cashier named ***** was working. She repeatedly shouted loudly and very rudely at us as well as other customers to move across to other tills. This was done with a poor attitude and no manners at all. My wife and I moved to another till but found that the queues were just as long if not longer up the aisles as shoppers where adhering to the 2metre rule up each aisle. We moved back to the till next to hers instead and she repeatedly glared at me and my wife. Given the current situation and the fact that we are in an area which is in a local lockdown, carrying out a weekly shop can be a worrying and stressful event. The appalling way that this member of staff spoke to people will only add to that and is completely unacceptable. I feel strongly that this should be brought to your attention as this person is representing Aldis in a very poor and unprofessional manner. I hope that this situation will he dealt with accordingly and that on my next visit my wife and I are spoken to and treated with respect. Should this happen again we will take our business elsewhere, as I'm sure some will already have done after also being subject to rudeness and disrespect this morning.
