I have had some issues with my glasses,as I went from bifocals to varifocals,but something wasn’t right,I was a little frustrated about it as didn’t know what it was that wasn’t right. When I went back I was seen by STAR who was AMAZING she spent a long time with me so she could get my glasses right,she was so patient and there was no way Star was going to let me leave the shop until I felt 100% happy. She really is a lovely person who took a real personal interest in me... thanku for having such a lovely employee she is a credit to the Loughborough store. 🤗

My eye test was dealt with efficiently and was very thorough. The previous examination of the eyes was also done professionally . No problems with the prescription at all. It was when I came to choose some frames , I had already chosen six frames I liked on the website, but they only had one. I felt very stressed and rushed and ended up choosing a pair that I wasn't happy with. I now have to wait two years before I can get some more.

Under the present circumstances (Covid 19) staff were very efficient and courteous when I attended for my eye exam. Pick up of glasses however felt a bit rushed and now I'm home and settled with the glasses there are a couple of things I would have liked altered. Namely they came in a designer box which is totally impractical for carrying around and given time I would have asked for plain old hard cases. I will now purchase some from the web, so no big deal, overall, a good experience. Thank you.

My optician, Yasmine, was really lovely and very efficient too. Hygiene and being covid safe seemed to be a top priority which was very comforting. Angela was really patient with me whilst I chose my glasses and gave some great suggestions based on my requirements and also went the extra mile by adjusting two of my old glasses and fitting new pads on the nose peice. Very good experience overall, great staff!
