Worst customer service I have ever experenced
Staff always helpful. Wide range of good quality goods. Plenty of space to look at the shelves.
Asked about some nose pads for my glasses - they wanted £3.5 per one(not a pair). At a next door opticians, they offered to changed both of them for free
