Fabulous day despite many rides shut in the pouring rain. Staff relentlessly fun, friendly and smiling despite the weather. Santa's grotto could be better and ideally inside and maybe a free gift like West Midlands Safari park last year but still was lovely for the younger kids to meet Santa ana engage in conversation with him. Would certainly return especially for the motor bumper boats we had so much fun!

Would of been 5 stars if it hadn't been for the wasps! Now I know they have a natural presence but they were everywhere and made it very difficult to have a picnic with 3 year olds. This aside we had a brilliant day. I loved the fact that they were big enough to go on a lot of things themselves as we recently went to Sundown and had to accompany them on everything. There was a good range of rides with some indoors so a good place even if the weather is poor. There are play areas to giving good outdoor space to run around. Can't comment on the waterpark as we didn't use it. You had to pre book this in arrival but we weren't bothered. We had a full day without this part. Soft play was also closed but again I don't think we missed out on this at all. We had an ice cream and I thought the prices were reasonable. Was well organised and the rides were cleaned between uses. If anything this could of been done better as the assistants were just spraying and not wiping so some rides were still wet on the next go. Overall would definitely recommend and will go again next year.

Very friendly, good Christmas lights, no queues today, everything well distanced and all rides cleaned after every run. Outdoor stalls open for food and hot drinks. Indoor only open for cafe take away and toilets as expected. Kids really enjoyed it.

I go every year with my grandson and family it's just fantastic. We always have a fabulous day out visiting the farm animals and beautiful birds of prey. The rides are perfect for younger children and it's set in such lovely surroundings. It's certainly affordable for the whole family and they have offers online. The staff are helpful and friendly, it's just a wonderful place to go, we thoroughly enjoy Twin lakes.

I have been to theme parks all over the world.From many Disney parks to paramount studios.But twin lakes might no have either of their massive budget.It is in a league of its own in fun and customer service and care. I would say first class much better than that... I would award it much more than 5 stars.I like to point out the lady who works on the train Wendy works very hard and is a star of a employee.Please management pay attention to your great staff.They make your theme park great.
