Excellent Service and would highly recommend. Unfortunately Royal Mail had some issues this year which meant my Christmas gift to my daughter of replacing her favourite Ercol chair's webbing was highly likely not to arrive on time. Pandora very kindly sent a second set of webbing which arrived within 24 hours. My daughter was so surprised to have her seat restored so quickly. We thank you for helping to make her Christmas a happier one.

Really efficient service. Our dowel straps arrived “right first time” The fitting instructions were easy to follow and accurate. We now have a lovely Ercol foot stool which will last another 50 years!!

We rang and were given good advice for measuring and ordering ercol type webbing. Our order was rushed through to catch the post that afternoon. Excellent Customer Service / Quality Webbing As a surprise for my mum's 80th, wanted to renew the webbing on her Ercol furniture suite. Tried a couple of suppliers but plumped for Pandora's due to the first-rate customer service from the outset - James took the time to kindly verify my measurements, suggested a couple of minor adjustments. First batch arrived within 3d and fitted like a glove - first time trying and James' tips on how to fit worked like a treat. Ordered a second batch (same size) and to coincide with mum's B'day James offered to fast-track (at their cost) so I could fit them in time (thank-you). Mum was over the moon and asked for me to have a go at re-strapping the settee. Took some snaps and asked (for the 3rd time!) whether my measurements were accurate - no hesitation, James 4-eyed. Quality is great and price very reasonable. Would thoroughly recommend.
