Found some items in here at a reasonable price
Manager very blunt and un helpful, needs to get some manners and learn to be POLITE
Very disappointed. They came to take items I had donated and refused to take one piece as they claimed it was broken. They wouldn't listen to me and it wasn't till later I managed to turn the sofa over to check and guess what, it wasn't broken. Waste of my time I won't bother again
Fantastic service lovely lady carried chair to my car outside good choice of furniture inside all been cleaned
Worked here for a while and what an eye opener it was people donate to bhf thinking money goes into research when actually it goes into the pockets of overpaid managers most of the so called volunteers are people on benefits who are told if you don't work here no benefits so the staff are for nothing the stock is for nothing and yet the prices are still extortionate
