Awful awful awful. Ordered a Christmas present which was requested to be delivered to the recipient's address. Asked for a gift message to be included. I paid £6 P&P. Instead the parcel was delivered to me at my address with no gift message. I have sent two emails to customer services with no response. I have spoken to an incredibly defensive customer services advisor on two occasions who didn't apologise and stated that he would get 'dispatch' to call me as it was their fault. No mention of a refund on the P&P. No call back from 'despatch'. Shocking. Avoid this company.

I have always been an avid fan of the Conran Shop but today my illusions have been totally shattered. I purchased 3 packs of cards online, only 1 pack turned up. I did not report this within the 24 hour period of time stated in their t's & c's and I have been told that they will neither send me the cards I have paid for nor refund me the money I paid. Is this not called daylight or should I say online robbery? Sorry Conran Shop I'm not impressed, and I'd like everyone else to know your underhand ways and advise people not to buy from you online.
Used to work there as a temp worker and I was ousted and treated like I didn't belong, only good thing was they allowed you to have a tea while working, and they made you work week ends, completely useless.
