First time have ever written a bad review, but these hutches are really poor quality products, fall to bits over time due to very soft wood. Rubbish locks too. Emailed them , no reply, and no phone number of the website.

Bought external bike home now priced £189.99 however the canvas cover only lasted a fraction over 12 months, they would not replace. Surely a product that is meant for external use should last longer.

Brought two rabbit hutches for just under £200. Door been chewed through. Nog fit for purpose. Wood too soft- no reply from feel good

I left a negative review of the RHL Large Rabbit Hutch and Run with FREE Cover... It went off for moderating and needless to say it hasn't been published. The reviews on their website are all top marks because they block negative ones. Very unfair and not a true picture of the products you are buying. Reviews should be honest and help other potential buyers make their mind up.

An organisation that increased the prices of their products exponentially during the COVID-19 pandemic. The product that I attempted to buy increased from £120 to as high as £185. After buying the product for £120 and the money leaving my account, a month on the product has not been delivered and I have received no reply from any of my inquiries to Feel Good UK. Do not waste your time and money on Feel Good UK.
