Well stocked store, friendly staff and welcoming. Have purchased a range of products from this store that I have been very happy with. Ample parking and a good structure to their COVID safe procedure.

Truly painful experiencing returning an item in store. Despite having a printout of our online order all the details had to be manually entered into a tablet. Only one way out of the store so while we were stood there people were passing close to us while we waited for our refund

Ok but very limited stock due to being a small store. I have to go to Derby or Leicester stores to get what I need or order online and wait for it. Would be nice to have a larger stand alone store in Loughborough

Browsing the quilt covers and sheets shelves the packets just kept falling off the selves one ofter the other. I started to put them back but got so bad I eventually gave up! They need to think about redesigning their packaging into landscape, not portrait. Great range though and overall quality good and price.
