Love everyone in this shop they're all so helpful and very easy to talk to. John helped us with our settees and Christian with our flooring . Both very knowledgeable.

We felt very well looked after throughout our visit to the store; but the salesman were there usual “over friendly” selves. One chap greeting me by first name (never met him before!) and the other trying to sell us a care package as his face covering fell off (Covid), never put it back on and carried on regardless!
However, the female sales lady was brilliant through out.
Very nice place and staff very friendly and helpful however the customer service over the phone are terrible long wait and they never solve anything just don’t understand why the number doesn’t go straight to the store instead of messing around through head office
First class service, no pushy sales people. We were just guided in the right direction as to what we were looking for. And advice was on hand when we needed it. We made a multiple buy on the day and we're very happy with our purchases. Stephen who looked after us was very knowledgeable and listened to our needs. Thank you Stephen!
