The coaches at Smyth Fitness are brilliant! They are motivational and help you set realistic goals, you genuinely feel like a person and not another number. The coaches are realistic, they understand the challenges we all face and find new, innovative ways to keep us motivated. The emphasis at Smyth Fitness is health, fitness and mental well-being, the first in my experience to take such a holistic approach. Classes are challenging and varied, you never have the chance to get bored and you can work at your own pace while still pushing yourself to do better each time and closer to your goals.

I can highly recommend Smyth Fitness, the coaches are very supportive and encourage you achieve your goals, changing your mind set from weight to shape. It was with trepidation that I embarked back into exercise, following two knee operations as I knew I would be limited to what I could do, there was no need to worry.... The coaches just adapt an exercise to ensure I can complete the full session.

I highly recommend Smyth Fitness! I joined Smyth after a few years struggling with my weight. After the first session, I was hooked! Sessions are varied, challenging but fun. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and so supportive and everyone is very friendly. HQ is clean and Simon makes us all feel safe.

Simon, Holly and the team are like no other gym or service out there. The new location is brilliant. Such a great atmosphere, and really seen amazing results since joining them. Best decision of 2020 in joining them.

A great place to train for all abilities, all coaches are professional and welcoming and the sessions are varied and great fun. Always a great warm up and cool down to prevent injuries. Excellent advice from coach Si on nutrition and accountability.
