First time ordering from this company so wasn't sure what to expect. Couldn't be more happy I ordered it last night very late and it came this morning. The box was well sealed and everything inside it was expertly wrapped up tight in a layer of parcel paper and bubble wrap and packed in a good way so nothing got crushed. It really gives you a feel they care about their customers and animals products. Also they put a magazine and leaflet in which was lovely. Definitely will be ordering again and thankyou for the swift delivery and careful packing couldn't be happier with this service.

A lovely, lovely company I have been with Northern Parrots for a considerable amount of years. They are very knowledgeable, have the time to speak to you, it's lovely to have the human touch (not pre-recorded) they give you invaluable advice at no charge. They are a good home bred company, honest, good at what they do and my parrot and I love Northern Parrots We thank you ❤

Placed a large order for a new cage for our parrot, which they then registered for delivery to the billing (wrong) address, not the delivery address. I’ve had three phone calls and changed it twice now, and my tracker still says the wrong address. I understand it’s part of their “first delivery” protocol, but this was my 2nd or 3rd delivery from them, same card and delivery address. Not to mention that we’re self isolating. Disappointed in the service, the confusion and miscommunication, especially considering how physically large the order is.
