Really pleased with the quality and finish of our new ensuite. The fitter, Steve, was exceptional and the whole room has been totally transformed.
I recently had a new Kitchen and Bathroom fitted and installed from Kitchen and Bathroom Creations - The whole process from start to finish was exceptional, the staff in the showroom listened to our needs (and Budget!), were kind and courteous, and worked around our time frames and availability.
The fitters arrived promptly and made sure we were kept informed at each stage of the work being carried out.
There were some unforeseen issues along the way (Always going to happen when you are undertaking pretty major work on your home!) but the fitting team always made sure we were informed of these, and were quick to find a resolution!
Very professional service from start to finish and would highly recommend.

Be warned, this company sub-contracts out it's fitting. We didn't get told this until after we had paid a 20% deposit of £1200.
We had a bathroom supplied and fitted by Kitchen and Bathroom Creations. The finished bathroom is good, but we had a myriad of problems along the way!
Problems included;
Started fitting 2 days late,
One night we had to use a bucket to go to the toilet in due to the toilet they had connected temporarily leaking from the waste pipe,
As a result of the above, raw sewage running through our bathroom floor and down our kitchen wall,
Odd working hours due to starting another job before ours was finished.
Despite all of the above our main problem was with the reactions of KBC, initially they couldn't be more apologetic and brought round wine and flowers as an apology. But as the problems multiplied they became defensive and didn't seem to care about how stressful it had all become.
We wanted a reduction in our bill of £500, they refused this but did offer £100 off the bill.
They are probably a good company to employ if things go along as planned, but when things go wrong , for us Kitchen and Bathroom Creations just made things worse and are not worth the premium you pay for using them.

I had my bathroom renovated by this company they were amazing they even moved my shower after they had fitted it as I wanted it moved. Five stars all the way the service was excellent. Thank you kitchen and bathroom creations I will recommend you to all
