Not sure why this company is showing what it is doing on the internet. They should make it clear they have no stock to show. Just wasted a day going there to be told they have a few bits of flooring to show. and nothing else. Why give me directions to a little unit in Mielton Mowbray with no stock? Will not be using.

I ordered a 1.3m cast iron pulley clothes airer. The company boasted superior quality of products and service and I found that they were extremely lacking in both. The rope they sent me was frayed throughout. Once installed by a handyman according to the instructions provided, the system did not pull smoothly and lifted at one end. Overall, the product looked shabby and functioned poorly. I took it down and returned it to the seller within two weeks at my expense. He never responded to a single email regarding the refund. When I finally got in touch with him by phone, he said he hadn't received the item and to send proof of delivery. I emailed the proof of delivery, showing his signature. One and a half months later, still waiting for refund. Opened PayPal dispute. AVOID.
