This place has got to the worst i have ever dealt with. The saga started about 4wks ago. Ask for a quote for 2 stairs and a kitchen.....nobody came on the booked appointment. Rang and rearranged....still no one came....eventually a week later the manager came and measured up. 3 weeks later, waited for a price....even went in, selected the carpet and kitchen flooring....i was promised a quote for later that day..... 3ks later. No quote, no call, no communication. Absolutely the worst service ever....never again......!!....

Melton Mowbray branch of United Carpets is fantastic. :) I've used them 5 times now for carpets and laminates and I'd never hesitate to recommend them. Current carpet has been down a year and looks as good as the day I bought it. Plus, they're a nice bunch and helpful too. Thanks guys! :)
