Friendly staff, give free training advice, enough machines
Great atmosphere and friendly knowledgeable staff
This gym was brilliant, until it was taken over. From that time it rapidly went downhill. With more equipment added, the space to move around freely became non-existent. As someone who detests going to a gym anyway, it made it made it unbearable.
The stocking and pushing of garbage, so called 'nutritional' products along with sub-standard clothing, isn't something I wanted everytime I visited.
The slogan 'Big enough to cope but small enough to care', I wasn't even contacted after cancelling my membership to find out why, really caring!
Thank goodness for Empire Gym!
