Le Madison Steakhouse

Finally decided to give this place a try after reading the excellent reviews and having friends talk about it. Have to say, it did not disappoint. Ordered T-Bone steaks, medium rare. They were huge, definitely bigger than in other places, but also cheaper. This did not deter the quality at all and they were cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. Our sides included mac and cheese and sweet potato chips which were also 10/10. We also loved the Oreo milkshakes. After talking to the staff and reading previous reviews, it is clear the place is under new management and the old 1 star reviews should not deter you to try this place out. There is definitely room for improvement (service could be slightly faster and efficient, drinks or milkshakes could be brought instantly when placing order etc.) but these are only minor things. ————————— I left the above review as a 5* two years ago as it was under new management and I suggested a lot of improvements. Two years later, no changes have been made. There is zero customer service. You have to wait ten minutes to even be acknowledged when you enter. Once you sit down and are ready to order, there is no staff to be seen and it takes another 15 minutes to get someones attention. Food takes 45-60 minutes to arrive after ordering. Oh, and the drinks are still not brought to the table right away. I mean you have customers coming to your restaurant in 36 degrees heat. They sit down and order drinks - bring the bloody drinks!! Don’t take 30 minutes to bring them. All restaurants bring drinks right away - can you start doing this also. I nearly died of dehydration. Having said all that, their sirloin steak and T-bone steak is sooo good!!

The service was outstanding and the waiter who had served us made us feel welcome. They have served us drinks on time and the waiter told us that there will be a slight delay on the mains as we have ordered fish which was fine to us. At the end, we got full up and they gave us some wet wipes which were warm. I would recommend this to everyone who hasn't been here. The food and service was amazing. Its the best restaurant I have been in my life.

Let's begin with the good of the place. 1.Staff was friendly and helpful. 2.The food tasted great and the amount was good. Le Madison burger was the best plate by far. Now the bad points of the stablishment: 1. The place is too dark and needs more light. The interior design does not help on this point. 2. The waiting time to receive the food is too long for some of the simple plates. Overall an okay place. It could be much better with better illumination.

Go there if you want to see a freshy fight with the owners and customers disgusting no professionalism it's meant to be a family friendly place and you have the staff actually throwing punches at the customers

Delicious Food and Drinks. I had Cheesy Chips, Half Peri Peri Chicken with Bubblegum Mojito. They gave huge portions and the price was excellent for the quality of food. 5* from me, would highly recommend.
