I recently placed my first order with this company and can only say I was amazed at the speed at which my order was dealt with. I put the order through at approx 12 noon on Monday 5th Oct and Royal Mail knocked on my door at 07:40 the next morning! My order arrived in good condition with only the necessary amount of packaging ....not the enormous box filled with polystyrene chips that some mail order companies feel is needed. I’ll definitely be using this company again. Thank you for a great first experience!
Excellent service from Jordan with my Kamado Big Joe buy. Delivered and assembled almost instantly. Very happy all round. Just need to start using it now!
Terrible service and attitude. Was initally been dealt with by a nice lad however a lady came out and spoke to us very unprofessionally. Left disappointed. Could of handled herself much better.
