I'm not sure about the negative reviews I've seen as I have had a completely different experience.
I had an issue with an item I purchased having been damaged, not by LFF. They were fast to respond to my emails and messages, provided outstanding customer service and assisted me in stellar fashion.
To be honest, Little Fields Farm have provided some of the best customer service I've had in years, from either big store chains to small shops, and I am extremely pleased with them as a result, let alone their selection of products and fantastic pricing.
I cannot recommend Little Fields Farm enough, I will be a continuing customer from the fantastic experience I've had from them!
Really shocking customer service!! Placed two orders with this company, first was very delayed and lacked communication but gave th the benefit of the doubt as it was during the height of covid therefore placed a second order a couple of months later which arrived in good time but had a item missing. Tried several times to make contact with no reply, phones are turned off and resorted to contacting through Instagram which got a reply with a promise to look into it but never to this day got back to me since May!
Unlike other comments on here I didn’t experience any problems at all. They were very polite on the phone, they provided helpful advice where needed, their prices were the best I could find, and they delivered my order to agreed timescales. Everything was first class (5*) and I couldn’t fault them!
As others have commented, my order did take a while to arrive as one item was out of stock due to damage. However, when I emailed after 10pm to get an update, I had a reply before 9am next day. The oos item was promptly refunded. I think the website has a great range and prices were best I could find. I will definitely give them a second chance.
Terrible service. After placing order and payment taken, waited a week, no delivery and no contact at all. Left messages using their contact form and email, no response. I called after 8 days and asked when my product would be delivered. I was told it hadn't been picked. They said they would call me back. They called and left a message saying sorry product was damaged nothing else in stock you wont be receiving it. In summary, disorganised, unhelpful and no concern. I wanted an explanation and raised a complaint with their online form, no contact.
