couldn't offer a appointment slot for what only would have taken 5 min. Had to go to Grantham instead as got same day appointment. Boston could only offer to be put on waiting list which would of been a month or more, couldn't advise where else i could get the service i needed. had to research on my own.
First visit here since moving into Boston recently, for a long-overdue eye test. The staff were friendly and helpful. Coronavirus precautions were very thorough but measures were sensible and still allowed my appointment to go ahead without problems. Looking forward to my return visit to pick up my glasses soon. Highly recommended.
Nice clean shop with lots of helpful staff and dealing very well with the current pandemic keeping people safe, only allowing those who need be in instore.
Nice store, staff seemed to be very busy but polite and observed the social distancing adequately. Some new test looking at the layers in my eyes at an extra cost of £10. No results given, so not sure of the significance of the test, I just assume everything ok!!!
Bit over the top and obsessive having to stand outside to be seen and ignored by young lady who just walked away when I tried to explain my problem and prevented from entering. Then young trainee guy came up and excellent. Could teach some of the other fully trained staff a lesson in how to help customers.
