The doctors are great for the receptionist have no care in the world at least the ones I've spoken to, I hate the process of calling up the doctors as every time I do I am simply turned away The receptionist is meant to ask what your problem is to see if there's any sense of urgency but no questions whatsoever Again it's not the doctors it's the receptionist that let your practice down.

The phone is always engaged. No queuing system so you can spend all day re ringing. The website is unavailable so one cannot even email. What an abysmal lack of service

GOOD POLITE STAFF FRONT OF HOUSE DR HOLMES BEST SORT OF GP AS HONEST (IMPORTANT) COULD DO A LOT OF THANKS BCAUSE WE R LUCKY IN THE THIRD WORLD U HAVE WALK 20-MILES THEN HAVE TO PAY FOR THE TREATMENT THE GOOD OLD NHS MAKES ME SO PROUD TO BE BRIT BUT WHOULD B BETTER IF MY MATES
